Global siteCountry-Law and Delivery Notice
Applicable rules
Before substantial campaigns, contracts, payments or delivery, the parties must consider the law that applies in the target country and the United Kingdom. This can include privacy, electronic communications, consumer protection, advertising, payments, tax, sanctions, employment, licensing, security and sector-specific rules.
EU pages
Italy and Romania are configured with prior opt-in controls for optional storage and third-party interactive services. Their delivery remains subject to the GDPR, ePrivacy rules and applicable national law.
United Kingdom
The UK page uses a prior-control profile designed around UK GDPR and PECR requirements for storage and access technologies.
Other countries
A conservative consent baseline is applied globally. That does not replace local legal review. Country pages may be paused or restricted where a transaction, person, organisation, sector, payment route or service would create legal or safety concerns.
