Setup and Update Guide

1. Upload correctly

Create /public_html/private-transport-uk/ and upload the ZIP contents directly into that folder.

You should see index.php, install.php, app/, public/, data/, storage/, and schema.sql directly inside the folder.

2. Start here

Open https://gabrieltopman.com/private-transport-uk/.

If the system is not installed yet, it will send you to install.php. If installed, it opens the system landing page.

3. Setup screen

The setup page shows hosting checks and a clear Start setup button. Create the super-admin account and optional demo business.

4. What operators see

Operators see simple sections: Your Own Jobs, Get Jobs From Network, Billing, and Support.

5. Safer updates

Because the main website has security protection, use manual known-file replacement for the first proof. Back up first, turn maintenance mode on, replace known code files only, test, then turn maintenance mode off.

Never overwrite: data/, storage/, or public/uploads/.
